Update on Cole & Landon

Cole is doing a lot better now. He is off ECMO and dialysis and seems to be improving daily. It seems like he is on the up-swing of this. Prayer works and our God is awesome. And little Landon is doing great also. A few things that are normal problems with preemies, but over all he is a miracle baby. It still amazes me how tiny he is. I am so happy that he is gaining weight and getting stronger everyday. I thought I would also add a picture I received yesterday from Nikki Landon's mom. The picture is baby Landon with his Uncle Brian's hand over him. This picture is so touching to me. And I want to Thanks God for watching over these two precious children. Have a blessed day....

A Sunday Ride:-)

After church Austin caught a ride with his dad over to Landon's house to jump on the trampoline. He was so excited to ride with his dad. Of course mom was not as excited. I am always nervous every time they leave the driveway.

Chilling Out!

What to do while I am waiting on my mom and GramGram. Mmmmmm! I know I chill out on top of the car in the sun and watch the clouds go by. Some days you wonder what was he thinking. And of course it was kinda funny to when I rounded the corner and could not figure out where he was. We used to put him in the basket on top when we would go to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. Good thing Xterra's are tough and rugged. (I love mine)

We Don't Do Mondays!

I am sure Austin's teacher is thinking we don't do Mondays. Last weekend Austin was wrestling around with his friend Tyler and hit his mouth on the floor and broke his front permanent tooth in half. He missed school Monday to go to the dentist in Greenville,SC to get it bonded. Then this weekend he has complained his ears hurt. So off we went to the doctor yesterday and he has an infection in both ears. And along with that comes a slight fever and a cough. So we are home again. Thanks to Nintendo DS and the constant search for Pokemon he is totally content to stay in bed. Only wanting to leave the house to check the mail for the ultimate Pokemon Platnuim game he ordered on-line with his own money. He sure is anxious for that. It comes out tomorrow, but he pre-ordered it in hopes to get it a day early. Please continue to pray for Cole and Landon. Cole is doing about the same. He has good days and bad, but that is expected. Landon has a little fluid on his lungs and they are treating him for that. He also has a hole in his heart that might require surgery. I can not imagine him having surgery at only 1pd. 14 oz. So continue to pray.

Notice in the picture of Austin chilling in bed the Pokedex on the floor, this is so we know what to look for in the game. Also he is playing the old Gameboy so he can play two games at once. Did someone say "Obsessed". To funny!

Please Pray!!

I am writing this post in request for prayer for one of my best friends son. His name is Cole Shehan and he is in ICU in a children's hospital in Charleston,SC. He had a seizure two weeks ago and aspirated and now how severe phenomia. He is in critical condition and is in need of tons of prayer. He is only one years old and is having to go through so much. Also I have recieved more news yesterday about this family. My friends daughter Nikki was also pregnant and under unknown circumstances delivered her baby yesterday at 6am. He was only 28 weeks and weighed on 1pd 14oz. His name is Landon and he definatly needs to be remembered also in your prayers. I am not sure how much more this family can take. So please keep them in your thoughts and prayer. Our God is an awesome God and he can deliver both of these baby's from these problems. Thank You....

Check It Out!

So how do you like the new blog design? My niece ROCKS! I was trying to come up with something that would reflect Austin's personality since this is mostly about him so family can keep up with him and occasionally us. She did an awesome bang up job. Hope all of you like it. If you have a blog she can fix ya up to for a small fee. Thanks Tabby, You are so creative!

Did Someone Say "SNOW DAY"

Yea, it's a snow day. We have been waiting all winter for this. We got a few inches here, but up the mountain they got around 6-7 inches. Of course that is a great excuse to take of with friends and hit the back roads for some awesome sledding. Austin had a blast and complained all the way home he wished we could stay to dark. Here are a few pictures.
