Austin and I went for an ice cream last night and stopped by to visit some friends. If you have been reading our blog you will remember we spent a lot of time over at their house last summer having community meal and picking veggies, making homemade ice cream. All the good stuff. Last night when I walked in she said I was just in time. She was canning green beans. So I sat down and we chatted while snapping beans. It was fun to watch her.(You know I don't like pressure cookers) She had lots of jars done and lots more to do. Austin was busy building legos. Although he did make it into the kitchen to snap some beans too. Here are a few pictures.
