Today started off up town in Columbus for the first Annual Farm Festival. They had lots of different farm equipment to see and the Minutemen were there to play music and march. I took only a couple of pictures. One is of a friend's John Deer tractor that had been restored, another of the guns the Minutemen had on display. And then one of them playing music. Also my friend Heather's sons entered the Apple Cooking Contest with a applesauce recipe they came up with and they won 2nd place and $50.00. They were excited!
After that Austin and I headed to Hendersonville to the Justis Apple Orchard. We had fun picking a 1/2 bushel of apples. And trying the different varieties. And taking a silly picture of the two of us. The guy that owns it was pretty cool. And you know Austin had to climb the trees to pick apples. It's a boy thing!
